1 General Terms & Conditions

• Harassing or defrauding other users.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Megapari Apps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• When security verification is required.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be refunded — excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met.

8 Limitation of Liability

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the right to close your account.
